I made this patchwork skirt for Miss S from a pattern from You Can Make This.com. I used Sandi Henderson's gorgeous Ginger Blossom fabric. 
On the t-shirt I appliqued some of the cut-out flowers with Steam-a-Seam and then added some bling. I love me some bling!
